A single-flower honey names its main nectar source, and its colour and taste shift from season to season. A flavoured honey is honey plus something else, and the ingredient list should say what and how much. Crystallisation is natural and is not a sign of added sugar; stand the jar in warm water to clear it. "Raw" carries no defined meaning on an Indian label.
Honey is not for babies under one year, which most jars print and which bears repeating. It is also a clean case of two separate questions: a honey can be sourced with real care and still be, on the panel, mostly sugar.
