4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are displayed in INR and include or exclude taxes as stated.
  • Prices may change without prior notice.
  • Payments are processed through third-party gateways; we do not store card details.
  • You confirm you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

5. Shipping

  • Products are shipped only within India.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.
  • Risk and title pass upon delivery.
  • Returns are allowed within 3 days for unused products only. If an incorrect or damaged product is delivered, notify us within 3 days with photo evidence at store.hiwe@zohomail.in.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are placed on a trust basis. Repeated refusal may result in COD restriction or suspension.
