Pricing & payments

Every price on hiwe.co.in is in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of GST, and shown in full on the product page, in the cart, and again at checkout. This page is the summary of how our pricing and payments work; the live catalogue is the price list.

What a price includes

  • The product price, inclusive of GST at the applicable rate.
  • Nothing else. There is no convenience fee, no handling fee, no payment-method surcharge and no mandatory tip.

The only amount added at checkout is delivery, where it applies. Shipping is free on orders of ₹449 and above. Below that it is ₹49 per order, shown on the cart and again at checkout before you pay.

How you can pay

Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments India Private Limited, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator. Available methods:

  • UPI — any UPI app, including GPay, PhonePe and Paytm
  • Debit and credit cards — Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express
  • Net banking
  • Wallets and Pay Later options offered by the aggregator at checkout
  • Cash on delivery, on eligible pincodes

Cash on delivery (COD) is available on eligible pincodes and is shown at checkout. COD orders are placed on a trust basis. Repeated refusal may result in COD restriction or suspension. The methods shown at checkout are the ones live at that moment.

Is it secure?

Yes. The site runs over HTTPS, and card and UPI details are collected by the payment aggregator's own PCI-DSS compliant pages, with 3-D Secure or UPI PIN authentication. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials. Card tokenisation follows RBI's rules — we cannot store a card even if we wanted to.

If a payment fails

Nothing is charged for a failed order. If money did leave your account, the aggregator normally reverses it within 5–7 business days. If it has not landed by then, send us the transaction reference and we will chase it. Details in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Invoices

A tax invoice is emailed with every order and is available in your account, showing our GSTIN 08AAOHV4177K1ZA. Need the invoice in a business name with a GSTIN? Tell us before dispatch and we will raise it that way.

Price changes

Prices move when a maker's costs move. The price you pay is the price shown when you place the order. If we spot an obvious pricing error before dispatch we will contact you, and you can confirm the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
